This is my Victorian bodice. Early 1890s I think given the fish darts, the sleeve size and the ruffle detail. More pics tomorrow.

It really is and the camera does not do justice to the green. It's halfway between bottle and forest green.

Actually from an antique shop here in Auckland. I had only ever seen one or two tatty later bodices for sale here before.
I wish the skirt came with it, however I think I can guess what it would have looked like :)

The lady who ordered it really had lovely taste, it's simple but not dull :)
